What's Included:
Starting up to 18 months prior to your wedding day,
we will first discover & curate the details of your wedding vision as a couple & create a design board for you.
We'll then introduce you to wedding professionals that best fit your vision & budget. We'll take care of the correspondence & scheduling of phone calls, consultations, & bookings after we review your contracts with you!
Of course, once the wedding day gets closer, we'll take care of planning the logistics for you as well by coordinating with all your hired wedding professionals to make sure we have as smooth & flawless of a wedding day as possible!

What's Included:
Starting up to 90 days prior to your wedding day, LS Event Styling will meet with you to understand where you are currently in your wedding planning calendar.
Once we know what's already been done, we will begin to reach out to all your hired wedding professionals & begin planning the order of events
for your wedding day.
LS Event Styling will then keep in communication with you & your vendors as your primary contact & continually update your wedding day program.
When it comes to the wedding day itself, we're the first ones there & the last ones to leave. Every moment in between is filled with setting up all the details, making sure all wedding pros are taken care of, & ensuring things run smoothly all night long!

Our focus at LS Event Styling is creating unique & energetic occasions for you. Weddings are not one size fits all & our goal is to leave you feeling authentically yourself on your wedding day.
Bonus: when your guests end the night feeling like they experienced something amazing. We have a few items you can add-on to either planning experience of your choice to further make things easier for you.
Let us take the work off your plate when it comes to putting your invites together & tracking your RSVPs. We can call hotels for you & secure a room-block that works in your guests' favor, we'll even help you create welcome bags for them! If you're thinking about having us organize & plan your rehearsal dinner and/or day after brunch, we've got you covered there too!

We worked with Lara the month of our wedding and loved having her with us! I'm honestly not sure what we would've done without her. She ran our rehearsal perfectly. Some of the wedding party members have been in other weddings previously but I'm positive they learned more from her than any other wedding they've been in. The day-of is crazy enough and if it weren't for her running around between the bridal suite, the crazy boys, the vendors, the church, the reception venue, etc. then the day wouldn't have come together like it did. Also, might I add, her communication with our photographer and videographer in order to have them where they needed to be at certain times was impeccable. We're so very grateful for her dedication, professionalism, and the general positive energy she brought along every step of the way. Again...couldn't have done it without her!

I recommend Lara to everyone! I knew I needed some help after it became clear that COVID was sticking around and also planning a wedding a hour away. From my first phone call with Lara, I was at ease trusting my wedding vision with her. Our phone call meetings were on point and extremely helpful. Planning a wedding during a pandemic comes with quick changes, and Lara provided useful advice and solutions. She helped us adapt to any changes that came our way. She walked our bridal party throughout every step from the rehearsal right up to the end of the evening. We had 3 large areas to decorate and she helped us put all of our ideas (even the crazy ones) together & everything turned out so beautiful and stress free the whole way. I cannot express how nice it was to have someone else holding the master plan, making sure that decorations, food, and people were where they were supposed to be. We are forever grateful we said,
